My daughter is majorly in the Christmas mood, she wants to decorate but I am a after Thanksgiving stickler! You must enjoy one holiday at a time!! She's been watching Christmas movies and playing Christmas music all weekend! It's going to be completely worn out before December! The decorations in the stores aren't helping, Target was a complete Christmas wonderland today!! I LOVE Christmas, but I am not ready yet!!
So stay tuned for more THANKSGIVING posts really soon!!
Head on over to see what everyone is up to.......
I *heart* Christmas too. My daughter, 4, went to the shops yesterday and saw the decorations out already. She asked if we could put our tree up today - December 1 was my answer.
ReplyDeleteEvery year I watch National Lampoons Christmas Vacation - its my go-to Christmas movie :)

That is a favorite for us too! My dad loved it so we always watch it the day after thanksgiving (my brother, sister, and I) and share memories of him!!
DeleteAmy! Have I ever told you how much I love your blog? Well, I do. And I think a lot of teachers are feeling the pressure right now because it seems that posting is slowing a bit. Anyway, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks Tina! That means a lot!!! Brightened my night for sure!!
ReplyDeleteI ♥ Christmas music and movies! I'm known for watching Home Alone multiple times throughout the year! lol I'll see if I can make it to Thanksgiving without playing Christmas music or watching movies.

I agree that we need to enjoy one holiday at a time! It is definitely hard too though when all the stores are decorated for Christmas and Santa will be coming soon! I agree that more time is definitely needed! There is always too much to do and not enough time to do it.
