My Memories Review and Giveaway!

I was excited to get an email from My Memories offering me the chance to use their product, a special discount for my followers, and they are going to give one of you My Memories Suite for Free too!!!

 I love this product!
But it's really the customer service that has me sold!!

When I first got the email asking if I would like the chance to try out the software I agreed and was so excited to get started. Communication was timely and directions were great, I head over to the website to download the Suite.

Then I ran into trouble!!! For some reason the suite would download and set up but it would not open for me to use. I tried to follow the error directions and figure it out for myself for awhile but couldn't get it to do anything, so finally I emailed customer service!

Let me tell ya, I wasn't expecting much, at that point I had pretty much decided that it just wasn't going to work out and I wouldn't be doing this review, but then I got a friendly email from a wonderful gentleman named Mike telling me he would help me out! He asked for some information about my computer and it's operating system, then gave me step by step directions of how to fix the problem. It was so helpful, I was able to get the software open and thought I was on my way!!!

BUT....yeah there's a but! I could not get any of the images or preloaded papers or embellishments to show up, so I emailed Mike again (at this point I think I was feeling a little like Kristin did with her tailor!!!). He was ever so helpful and again told me exactly what to do within a few moments the problem was fixed and I was creating!! Mike did such a wonderful job of helping me, he was quick to respond and courteous, he didn't even complain about my continual emailing and needing my hand held to fix things!!!

So finally I was able to create, YEAH!!! I have been wanting to redo my weekly newsletter I send home with students and had a grad class project to create a newsletter for a daycare center so I made this....
I only used the free preloaded elements and love how it turned out, they had lots of school themed elements, and other cute embellishments you could add plus a wide selection of background choices, of course you can buy other sets too! I can't wait to use the new newsletter this week! And I look forward to scrap-booking with My Memories Suite this summer when I have more time, It was so easy to use!! I have a ton of ideas for picture books just waiting to be made.
