It's Monday I made it again!!!!

I am once again linking up with Tara  for Monday Made it!!! I have mentioned an organization make over and this week I finally get to show you how it turned out!!! I loved the idea of sprucing up my plastic storage drawers with scrapbook paper, and decided to make my drawers look a little nicer! Do you remember these?

They have been pinned over 8000 times!!! You can click on the picture to see my original post about them and here's what they look like now......
I used a bulletin board border to line the inside, I attached it with double sided tape - my wonderful husband works at a place that makes industrial tape, he got me some super sticky double sided tape in huge rolls so I could cover the entire surface of the border with it! It will probably never come out of there!! I put the labels on the outside with the same tape!

Here are my storage drawers
Again I used double stick tape to put the paper inside, I didn't over the entire surface just around the edges! I got paper to match my room colors and made the labels to coordinate! I  have all of my centers in these by  month and inside they are separated by subject!! The labels on the outside are put on with double stick tape covering the entire back! Again I don't think they are coming off!!

These hold my seasonal decorations and craft stuff....

I used seasonal paper on these to make them stand out!! I haven't finished them all yet but I am Modge podgeing the paper into these since they were getting a little ripped up!

I love organizing my kids rooms too, they need to keep all their school work in order and  have a good space to work in. My daughter is in love with purple and animal prints, we are redoing her room (sometime this summer) and my son loves blue and red so this is what I came up with for them to organize school..........

They each have nine drawers, one for each subject they will study and then three for supplies!

Alright, I still didn't get the shelves painted and the other bins labeled but it's coming as soon as I can get to it! Here's the part just for you.....free labels!!! I don't have the right to share the clipart I used in mine so I couldn't give you mine, what I did is give you a blank page of each size label you see here, you can take a screen shot of the one you like and paste it into power point then add a text box over it to customize it however you would like!!! I hope that makes sense......

Blank Labels

OK now head on over to Tara's blog to see what everyone else is up to, it amazes me every week!!!!

  1. I homeschooled my kids for 6 years and loved every minute of it. I learned so much and so do they. They still come home after public school to learn more. I wish I could still do it but finances won't allow it.

Also, would you be able to make a set of the zebra labels with lime green instead of purple? My room colors are zebra and lime green. My email is stephenandmindyc@yahoo.com Thank you sooo much!!!

  11. Amy,
I LOVE your freebies! You are so wonderful to offer ALL this stuff for free. I am so excited to use them. I wanted to know if you had a link for your storage drawer labels? If not, I will certainly pay you for them if you plan on posting them. I LOVE the black white and hot pink. Those are my classroom colors this year and I like the green with them as well. So DARN cute. I divide my lessons into themes per month so those would house all my resources for centers/lessons/activities perfectly.
Thank you again for sharing such wonderful organization tools. I love to be organized!

    Many blessings,
    Jeannie
