It's my Birthday and Christmas Break has Begun!

What an awesome way to celebrate my birthday with the start of Christmas break! Started off the day with Christmas breakfast for the staff at my school and the big Secret Santa reveal!! I got a Panera Gift Card!!!

So how did we spend the last day before break in our classroom? Since we partied yesterday just in case some kiddos (or their families) decided to start break a little early (in the past that's happened quit a lot) We made it a wrap it up kind of day! I gave them free choice of all the Christmas activities we've done this short month, of course they chose Bingo, and Jingle Jingle - along with re-reading the Grinch!! It was a fun, surprisingly mellow, morning!

After school once break has officially started, the real birthday celebration starts! A nice dinner out with my family, and heading about an hour away to see an awesome Christmas light display that raises money for Special Olympics, I can't wait to see it, I will try to take some pics or maybe a video to share with you all! I had planned on posting a freebie to help celebrate but I didn't get to it this week - maybe next week as I lounge around the house all day! I am looking forward to working on some new non-Christmas activities!
